Order
QuickField is distributed in 3 editions. The user interface, sets of analysis options, and file formats are the same for all versions of the software.
- QuickField Student Edition is free - you may download and install it on any number of computers. This free version meshes and solves problems which have up to 255 nodes. Its primarily use is as a teaching aid in variety of engineering courses or for self education. It can be used for models with simple geometry and low-accuracy estimations, or as a free viewer for the results obtained by more powerful versions of QuickField.
- QuickField Lite Edition - is designed to suit multiple accesses in the classroom and is available as a site network installation allowing simultaneous use of any number of QuickField Lite Edition copies within a network. Lite versions are sold exclusively to educational organizations (see special terms). The mesh size is limited by 4000 nodes.
- The QuickField Professional Edition is a commercial software, widely used in industry and research. It solves problems of practically any size - up to millions of mesh nodes. It may be ordered as a single-user or floating network version.
If Student's version limitations are too strict for your models, and you need to get full impression of QuickField capabilities prior to making a purchasing decision - you are welcome to request a free evaluation of QuickField Lite or Professional Editions.
The price for commercial licenses of QuickField depends upon the set of analysis options, your country of residence, and the nature of your organization (company or university). An automated procedure will guide you through several simple steps allowing you to generate your price quote, or just check the price for specific configurations of QuickField software.
This automatic price quotation is conditional. You may not be eligible for products and pricing options selected, and the order based on the automated quotation will be subject to Tera Analysis Ltd approval.
Prior to accepting your order we may request you to confirm the academic status of your organization if Academic license is selected, or existence of previously ordered Professional Edition if update or upgrade was selected, or ask you to provide us with other additional information or documents at the discretion of Tera Analysis Ltd.
